Joseph A. DiPasqua, CBO, CFM

Mr. DiPasqua joined the City of Tarpon Springs in December 1990.
He began as an Inspector and Plans Examiner in the Building
Department. In 1994, he was
promoted to Building Director.
In September 1999, the City’s Building, Engineering, and Planning
and Zoning departments were consolidated to create the Development
Services Department and he was appointed as Development Services
Director. Before joining the
City, Mr. DiPasqua worked in the private sector for several contracting
firms.
