NOTICE OF BIDS

The City of Tarpon Springs utilizes Onvia DemandStar to notify bidders of available bidding opportunities. In order to receive email or fax notifications of City of Tarpon Springs bidding opportunities, you MUST register with with Onvia DemandStar by going to www.demandstar.com/register.rsp or calling them at 1-800-711-1712. Please note that if you register solely for City of Tarpon Springs bids, there is no cost for this bid notification service.

SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY REGISTRATION

The City currently contracts with three (3) contractors to complete small to mid-range building and utility projects using work orders through the Job Order Contracting (JOC) system. JOC is a method of acquiring maintenance, repair, and minor construction services and provides the potential to save time and cost savings.
