jazzerciseJazzercise - A total body workout set to music suitable for all ages.  This internationally recognized exercise class will really get you moving.  Both high and low impact workouts are offered so you can work at your own pace.

paddlePaddle Sports - An introductory program designed to teach on the water paddle sports. Outrigger canoes will be available for use and instruction will be given on water safety, boat handling and paddle skill development.
