E-Bill Notification & Paperless Statements

Did you know the City of Tarpon Springs now offers...Paperless Statements for Miscellaneous Receivables, Local Business Tax and Utility E-Bill Notifications. We now make it easier for you to review, manage and pay your monthly utility Bill, Miscellaneous Receivable Invoices and Local Business Tax Renewals electronically. If you are interested in receiving a paperless statement or E-Bill Notifications follow the instructions below: 1. Must have access to an email account in order to complete registration 2. Complete the on line registration for utility bills, local business tax renewal and/or miscellaneous receivables by clicking on the link at left. If you are a City Utility Customer in cycles 20 thru 26 you may have received two utility bills during the last week of November and first week of December. Please ignore the first bill you received, it is your October Bill with bill date 10/31/17 and due date 11/27/17. The bill you need to pay from has bill date 11/30/17 and due date 12/26/17. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have a question about your bill, please contact the Utility Billing Division at 727-942-5609 or email ubcts@ctsfl.us.
